We had an uneven number of steaks of left, so I turned one into sandwiches for lunch. I sauteed onions till they were caramelized, then added some red pepper and cooked until it was crisp tender. Then I tossed in the sliced up steak, added a little more barbeque sauce to everything, laid it on toasted homemade bread, topped with mozza, and set under the broiler to melt the cheese.
